Clinical Services

The plastic surgery clinic serves patients with a variety of diagnoses that include breast cancer patients requiring breast reconstruction, maxillofacial trauma, traumatic lower and upper extremity wounds, minor burns, skin cancers, benign soft tissue and skin lesions, redundant skin and abdominal pannus status post gastric by-pass surgery in weight loss patients, symptomatic large breast (macromastia), and wounds requiring skin grafting and/or flap coverage. 

Plastic Surgery Procedures:

• Excision of benign and malignant skin lesions
• Excision of soft tissue masses (e.g lipoma, fibroma) 
• Arch bar removal following maxillomandibular fixation used for fracture fixation
• Blepharoplasty
• Scar revision

Surgical Services

Under direction of Raffi Gurunluoglu, M.D., a wide variety of plastic surgery procedures are performed with more than 400 cases being completed each year.
