COSH has achieved a Five-Star rating, the highest rating available, from Pinnacol Assurance. Five-Star ratings were awarded to only 5 of about 200 clinics and are based on policyholder surveys, clinic evaluations, communication, work status reports and MMI reports.

All AOEC member clinics are multi-disciplinary in staff and meet specific criteria that promote providing high quality health care and patient rights.
