Gary Bryskiewicz, MBA
Assistant Chief Paramedic, Denver Health Paramedic Division
Gary is an Assistant Chief Paramedic with the Denver Health Paramedic Division. He has been in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) for over 20 years and a member of the Denver Health team for over 15 years. Prior to EMS, Gary served eight years in the United States Air Force and spent most of that time stationed in NORAD. In his tenure with the Paramedic Division he has fulfilled various roles within the Paramedic Division, and was also the Planning Section Chief of the 2008 Democratic National Convention.
Gary has been involved with the Denver Health Lean Academy for the past five years and has been involved in many Lean events within the organization. In his current role, Gary is responsible for the administrative and business operations of the Division. During this time, he has reduced operational cost by $1,500,000 and increased revenue in excess of $1,000,000. Gary has a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing/Communications, and a Master’s of Business Administration from Regis University. He is also a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and working toward his fellowship.
