Gary Bryskiewicz, MBA, EMT-P
Deputy Chief Paramedic, Denver Health Paramedic Division
Gary is the Deputy Chief of Administration with the Denver Health Paramedic Division. He has been in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) for 21 years and a member of the Denver Health team for 17 years. Prior to EMS, Gary served eight years in the United States Air Force and spent most of that time stationed at NORAD. In his tenure with the Paramedic Division he has fulfilled various roles within the Paramedic Division, and was also the Planning Section Chief for the 2008 Democratic National Convention In Denver.
Gary has been involved with the Denver Health Lean Academy for the past six years and has been involved in many Lean events within the organization. In his current role, Gary is responsible for the administrative and business operations of the Division. During this time, he has reduced operational cost by $1,500,000 and increased revenue in excess of $1,000,000. Gary has a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing/Communications, and a Master’s of Business Administration from Regis University. He is also a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and working towards his fellowship.
