Coaching for Optimal Lean Performance
One of a leader's key roles is to develop individuals and teams that understand and apply daily a vigorous approach to continuous improvement. This kind of development is best done when leaders carry the stance of a coach and mentor: guiding mentees toward their own learning and accomplishment of the organization's performance goals.
This workshop is intended for leaders with formal authority in the organization (executives, directors, managers and supervisors) as well as internal lean facilitators and coaches who support projects and teams in a consultant role. Participants will learn through experience in a supportive, interactive environment designed to build skill and confidence.
