Medical Services

We provide a number of medical services to care for the entire family. Seeing a doctor regularly is the most important piece of staying healthy and ensuring that diseases, such as asthma and diabetes, are well-managed, as well as knowing that you have a trusted medical provider that can care for you when you’re sick.

Primary Care Services

General Primary Care Services
General Primary Care Services are provided at all of our community health centers. Care is provided by Family Medicine Providers, who are able to see all members of the family, including children, men and women, as well as Adult Internal Medicine Providers.

Pediatric Primary Care Services
We have three Pediatric Primary Care locations that are designed especially for kids. These medical offices are staffed by pediatricians and other medical professionals who are trained in pediatrics.

HIV Primary Care Centers
Denver Health has two HIV Primary Care Centers available to HIV patients. Each office is unique and has Adult Internal Medicine physicians who are specially-trained to manage the care of HIV patients. The offices are discrete and provide HIV patients with the routine medical care they need.

Intensive Outpatient Care
Intensive Outpatient Care is provided within a dedicated multi-disciplinary clinic for patients with multiple hospital admissions.

School-Based Primary Care Centers
Our School-Based Primary Care Centers are located within Denver Public Schools and are staffed by pediatricians and adolescent medicine specialists, making them a convenient option for parents and DPS students.
