Denver Public Health (DPH) is nationally recognized for its expertise in testing for and treating sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). DPH physicians and nurses are on the cutting edge of research for prevention and treatment for a variety of STDs.
Denver Metro Health Clinic (DMHC)
DMHC offers confidential testing, counseling, and treatment for sexually transmitted disease, such as chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, and HIV. In addition, DMHC offers family planning services (various birth control methods including condoms, IUD, Plan B and Implanon). In some cases there is a small fee for services. The clinic is located at 605 Bannock St., Rm 162 in Denver, CO 80204.

Outreach Activities
REHYA (Reproductive Health for Young Adults) is a free STD outreach screening service for youths. REHYA provides testing and treatment for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea, as well as family planning for young females.
The Denver Prevention Training Center is funded by the Centers for Disease Control to provide training to health care providers on STD clinical management, behavioral and social interventions, and partner counseling and referral services.
