To order a birth certificate using American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA, have your card available and call 303-602-3669. 

Phone requests are processed in three to five business days and have an additional $9 processing fee. 

Next day service is available for an additional $19 processing fee (effective August 4, 2008).
