The Rita Bass Trauma and EMS Education Institute at Denver Health serves as an education and training facility Colorado's emergency medicine, trauma and disaster response.  This high-tech education building enhances Denver Health's academic leadership in training Colorado trauma and emergency medicine physicians, nurses, paramedics and others.  The healthcare professionals trained at the Rita Bass Education Institute will serve many patients and save many lives.

The Rita Bass Trauma and EMS Education Institute is located at 190 West 6th Avenue in Denver.  This is at the southeast corner of west 6th Avenue and Bannock Street.  Parking is available on the south side of the building for $1.50 per day (due upon exit from the lot).

Whether your class is being held in the 165-seat Ben Nighthorse Campbell Auditorium, one of the six main classrooms, the wet lab or in the ambulance garage, you will be in an optimal learning environment.  The layout of the Rita Bass building is designed to accomodate many smaller individual classes, or a large teaching event that can be spreadout through the entire facility.
