Denver's In-School Immunization Program

Denver Public Health and Denver Public Schools have been partnering to offer several vaccination clinics in multiple elementary and middle schools in the community for the last six years. We are proud to offer this service to our community, and work to keep our children healthy.

Flu Vaccine Clinics

Denver's In-School Immunization Program will offer the flu vaccine to children in the school setting during the fall of 2014-2015. Denver Public Health and Denver Public Schools are teaming up to conduct these clinics in select elementary schools this year.

A consent form (Spanish) needs to be completed for a student to participate in this program.

The student's insurance provider will be billed for all vaccinations and the cost of administering the vaccines. All students, regardless of insurance, are eligible to participate.

Please contact the school nurse if you are interested in signing your child up for the program, or contact Denver's In-School Immunization Program at (303) 602-3688.
