Denver's In-School Immunization Program

Denver Public Health and Denver Public Schools have been partnering to offer several vaccination clinics in multiple elementary and middle schools in the community for the last six years. We are proud to offer this service to our community, and work to keep our children healthy.

All Vaccine Clinics

These clinics will provide all required and recommended immunizations to children in the school setting during the 2015 - 2016 school year. Three clinics are conducted during the school year. (October, January and April.) Denver Public Health and Denver Public Schools are teaming up to conduct clinics at select middle and elementary schools this year.

This program is intended to provide all age-appropriate vaccines to students. A consent form (Spanish) needs to be completed for a student to participate in this program.

The student's insurance provider will be billed for all vaccinations and the cost of administering the vaccines. All students, regardless of insurance, are eligible to participate.

Please contact the school nurse if you are interested in signing your child up for the program or contact Denver's In-School Immunization Program at (303) 602-3688.
