Top Surgery Information Session

Please join Denver Health ‘virtually’ on June 3rd from 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. for our first Top Surgery Information Session! Led by The LGBTQ Center of Excellence staff and Dr. Riley Smith, this hour long session will review which top surgeries are offered for non-binary and transgender patients at Denver Health, insurance authorization, the recovery process, and feedback from individuals who have received top surgery at Denver Health.

This session is offered at no cost for any individuals interested in learning more about Top Surgery for themselves or family members. Please email Andrew.Miller2@dhha.org with any questions.

About Dr. Riley Smith

Dr. Riley Smith graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in gender studies and global health, a combination which helped spark his interest in LGBTQ health and healthcare for the underserved. He attended medical school at Ohio State University and is now a second year family medicine resident at University of Colorado. He works primarily at the Denver Health Lowry clinic, where he provides comprehensive primary and gender affirming care.
