Our story began in 1873 and our mission to care care for the residents in the city and county of Denver, regardless of their ability to pay, has been unwavering through the years. Today, Denver Health is a 525-bed acute care hospital offering expert care in trauma and more than 50 medical specialties, as well as an expansive network of community and school based health clinics. Denver Health is also home to  Denver Public Health, Denver Health Paramedic Division, the ACUTE Center For Eating Disorders and the Rocky Mountain Poison and Drug Center. Important Information About Accessing Your Child's Medical Records

There has been a recent policy change to MyChart at Denver Health. The minimum patient age for an active account is now 12. Parents or guardians who wish to still view their minor’s record through proxy access (the adult does not have to be a patient at Denver Health) should fill out the required form titled “MyChart Child (under 12 years of age) Proxy Access Request Form”. Once complete, please submit all required documentation to Denver Health HIM department via fax, e-mail, or traditional mail found on the bottom of the form. Questions? Call (303) 602-8000.
