University of Colorado (CU) New Interns Rotating at Denver Health

Welcome to Denver Health! We are excited to have you join us for rotations during your residency program. If you are a CU School of Medicine new intern attending the New Intern Orientation at Denver Health on June 16 or 17, 2021, please be sure to complete the following pre-orientation assignments PRIOR to attending orientation:

1. (Required) Attestation to self-monitor for COVID-19 symptoms. To ensure the safety of the Denver Health workforce and to comply with state and local public health orders, all residents/fellows are required to self-monitor for and report any new signs and symptoms of COVID-19 as outlined by the CDC. Once you attest via the link above, you will be expected to fill out a staff health survey, also known as the RedCap survey, if you develop any new symptoms. You do not need to fill it out unless you have new symptoms. If you have any signs or symptoms of COVID-19 prior to arriving at Denver Health for orientation on June 16 or 17, do not attend orientation and notify your CU program coordinator so we can make alternative arrangements.

2. (Required) Welcome video from our Designated Institutional Official and Chief Education Officer, Dr. Abraham Nussbaum. This brief, 5-minute video will introduce you to Denver Health. Best if viewed using a Chrome browser.

3. (Optional) PPE donning and doffing videos. These resources will be helpful to review prior to your rotations at Denver Health.
