Dental Sealant Program

Free preventive dental sealant services for kindergarten through eighth-grade Denver Public School students are provided through the mobile division of Denver Health’s School-based Dental Clinic. These dental sealant services also include a dental screening and fluoride treatment.

The Dental Sealant Program provides this free service at over 70 Denver Public Schools. Parents or guardians must sign a dental sealant consent form for their child to participate. Contact your student’s school nurse for school participation information.

School-Based Dental Services

Denver Public School students are eligible to receive free preventative oral health services. These services are provided at three of our regional School-based Health Centers including Place Bridge Academy, Evie Dennis Campus, Florence Crittenton or Manual Campus; download a map of these oral health locations.

These free preventative services include:

  • Dental cleanings
  • Dental screenings
  • Oral Cancer Screenings
  • X-rays
  • Fluoride treatments
  • Dental sealants
  • Education on how to develop and maintain healthy teeth 
  • Fillings
  • Limited dental emergencies

Parents or guardians must sign a consent form for their child to register with the School-Based Health Center (SBHC) to receive these free preventive oral health services.
