Place Bridge Academy is open during the summer!
After school lets out, Place Bridge Academy School-Based Health Center will continue to offer medical care. The newest addition to the SBHC network has five exam rooms. Parents can bring their children in for a routine medical visit or can beat the rush for their child’s annual sport’s physical or vaccinations – and the best part of all is that kids don’t need to miss school and parents have the convenience of scheduling a quick appointment all summer long.

School-Based Health Centers Locations
With a network of 15 medical offices, we are sure to have a convenient option for you and your child. Our locations are open weekdays during the school year.
Don’t See Your Child’s School?
No problem. All Denver Public School (DPS) students can access one of our Regional School-Based Health Centers for all of their medical needs – FREE of charge. Students are required to have DPS identification number and a signed consent.
Head Start Programs can also access a Regional SBHC. These include Denver Public Schools, Mile High Montessori, Volunteers of America, Family Stars, Clayton Educare, and Catholic Charities.
Plus, most of our other locations already serve most of the schools nearby.
