Program Overview

R.E.S.U.L.T.S. stands for Residents Establishing Skills Utilizing Learning and Team Support. The program is designed to be tailored to the research conducted by PGY-1 residents at Denver Health and to provide additional support to residents engaging in this research while simultaneously increasing independence and building clinical research and project management skills.

The Denver Health Pharmacy Resident Mentorship Program is an innovative and holistic support program designed to reinforce and aid residents as they develop professional skills, strategies, and expertise as a practicing pharmacist under the guidance of a pharmacist mentor.




Becky Reiss (PGY1, RPD)

Becky Reiss

Becky is a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Behavioral Health and the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program Director at Denver Health Medical Center. She is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Pharmacist who has worked at Denver Health since 2015, becoming Residency Program Coordinator in 2017 and Program Director in 2018. Dr.




Sarah Goldsmith, PharmD (PGY-1)

Dr. Sarah Goldsmith is from Aurora, Colorado and completed her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. Her clinical interests include behavioral health, substance use disorders, and critical care. Sarah is excited to be completing her PGY-1 at Denver Health because of the wide variety of opportunities offered as an academic level one trauma center, and its commitment to offering care to all people as a safety net institution. In her free time, Sarah enjoys running, hiking, and cooking new recipes.

The Denver Health Pharmacy Resident Mentorship Program (PRMP) is an innovative and holistic support program designed to reinforce and aid residents as they develop professional skills, strategies, and expertise as a practicing pharmacist under the guidance of a pharmacist mentor. The purpose of this support and growth is to supplement the expected learning and development overseen by clinical preceptors on rotation throughout the residency year. Each resident will be matched to at least one pharmacist mentor that will follow and advise them throughout the course of their residency program.
