With Denver Health MyChart, you can view and manage your current statements, and quickly pay your bills all from your smartphone or computer. MyChart Online Bill Pay

Access the MyChart Online Bill Pay to make a payment quickly and securely 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a credit or debit card. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express accepted. If this is your first time using MyChart, please locate the access code found on your bill and set up an account, or pay as a guest

Paperless Billing

With our electronic medical record system, MyChart, you can save time while you save paper! By signing up for paperless billing you will be able to receive e-mails, text messages, billing letters and set up reminders to pay your account balance. Ambulance Services Billing

If you have a bill from Denver Health Paramedics for ambulance services that you have received, you can reach our billing team through one of the following number for questions related to your bill, or to make a payment:

  • For ambulance trips on or before February 29, 2020, please call 888-980-9121 for assistance.
  • For ambulance trips on or after March 1, 2020, please call 720-486-0577 for assistance.

Currently, we do not have online payment available for ambulance and paramedic services.

The patient billing department is responsible for all hospital billing activities. They can discuss options available to pay your bill and answer questions.

Customer service representatives assist with establishing payment plans, can help customers understand costs and provide advice about the other financial options available.

For billing purposes, and for most of our services, Denver Health is considered a hospital-based provider, which means that Denver Health is required to bill for facility and provider charges. As a result, you will receive one bill that includes both provider and facility charges for your visit at Denver Health.

  • On campus: Please visit the Cashier’s Office located on the first floor of the main hospital at 777 Bannock Street. Open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.; closed major holidays, please view our Holiday Hours.

  • Mail your payment to: Denver Health, PO Box 5921, Denver, CO 80217.
