MyChart Bedside

1. Click on the hyperlink in your email or text message
   --The link is valid for 24 hours, if you do not sign up within 24 hours of receiving it, you will need a new link sent to you
   --Contact (303)-602-4380 to have them send you a new link or follow the other two methods below
   --The username defaults to the patient email on file
2. Create a password. It must include a combination of upper- and lower-case letters
3. Enter requested information
   --Date of birth
   --Phone number
   --Agree to terms and conditions
4. Click Submit

1. Download the MyChart App
   --If you already have the app and do not have Denver Health as your organization of choice, you can tap the pencil icon next to Edit Organizations and then tap Add New Organization
2. Open the app and search and select Denver Health
3. Tap Sign Up
4. Tap Sign Up Online
5. Fill in the required information and tap Next
6. Create a Username, Password, and security question

1. Visit www.mychart.org
2. Click Access MyChart
3. Click Colorado 
4. Scroll down and then next to Denver Health click Sign Up
5. Enter in the requested information and click Next
6. Create a Username, Password and security question
