Dr. Marisha Burden is the Chief of the Division of Hospital Medicine at Denver Health, a hospitalist at Denver Health and an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. Dr. Burden earned her medical degree at the University of Oklahoma School of Medicine, where she graduated with the honor of Alpha Omega Alpha. She completed her residency at the University of Colorado and joined Denver Health in 2006. Dr. Burden’s interests focus on hospital systems improvement which includes patient experience, patient flow, quality and transitions of care.
