Admission Criteria
- Completion of program application:

- Dental Assistant Student Application
- Please include a 1 Page essay stating why you want to be a Dental Assistant
- Copy of high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Successful completion of DH affiliate criminal background check and drug screen
- Compliance with DH immunization requirements
- Candidates are selected based on above criteria and interview results
