Denver Health Opens New School Based Health Center

Denver Health celebrated the opening of its 18th school-based health center (SBHC) at East High School today, Oct. 8, 2019.
Located in Denver's City Park Neighborhood, this new SBHC will offer services to more than 2,600 students at East and surrounding Denver Public Schools (DPS). Our SBHCs form a large network of health centers located inside DPS campuses that serve any DPS student as well as children enrolled in DPS-affiliated Early Childhood Education programs at no charge to families.
We offer medical, behavioral health, dental, health education and family planning, as well as insurance enrollment and advising services.
