Denver Health’s new Southeast Medical Center will bring care you can trust for the best years of life’s journey. Care teams at the new medical center will focus on healthy aging and lifelong wellness. Serving patients ages 45 to 75 and older, this new health center will feature adult primary care and specialty care services, including cardiology, physical therapy, gynecology, podiatry, gastroenterology, urology, radiology and more. The modern facility will also feature pharmacy, lab and X-ray services.
“Aging well means something different to each patient,” said Rebecca Hanratty, MD, chief ambulatory care services officer. “This new concept for Denver Health aims to support whatever that meaning is, backed by our commitment to bring high quality, trusted, convenient care to our adult patients.”
Located at the corner of Evans Avenue and Monaco Street, patients living in Southeast Denver can expect to get all their care in one convenient location, with appointments available five days a week.

The Southeast Medical Center is set to open in Spring 2026 with limited services and is expected to be fully operational during the late summer or early fall of 2026.
The Denver Health Southeast Medical Center will accept most major insurance types including Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna and more.
