The Colorado Women's Hall of Fame announced its Class of 2027, and we're proud to share Denver Health CEO Donna Lynne is being recognized among an extraordinary group of women whose leadership, innovation, service and determination have made a lasting impact on Colorado and beyond.
Representing diverse professions, backgrounds and generations, this year's inductees have transformed communities through education, science, business, public service, healthcare, philanthropy, advocacy and more. Their achievements reflect the Hall of Fame's mission to honor women whose contributions have shaped Colorado's history while inspiring future generations to dream bigger, lead boldly and create lasting change.
"Colorado has been my home since 2005, first as a business executive, then as Lieutenant Governor and now as CEO of Denver Health. Throughout my career, the greatest privilege has never been the titles I've held; it's been the opportunity to serve the people of this remarkable state,” Lynne said. “Every day at Denver Health, I see the resilience, compassion and strength of the communities we serve, and that inspires me to continue working toward a healthier, more equitable future for all Coloradans. To be recognized by the Colorado Women's Hall of Fame is an incredible honor and one I share with the dedicated colleagues, partners and communities who have made this journey so meaningful."
The Class of 2027 was formally introduced during a celebration on July 22 at IMA Financial Group in downtown Denver, marking the beginning of the Hall's newest induction cycle. The women selected will join 205 inductees whose accomplishments span nearly every sector of Colorado life.
"The Colorado Women's Hall of Fame exists to preserve and elevate the stories of women whose leadership has shaped our state," said Executive Director Barb Beckner. "The Class of 2027 reminds us that every achievement begins with the courage to dream big. These remarkable women have expanded opportunities for others, strengthened our communities and created legacies that will inspire future generations."
The Class of 2027 will be formally inducted on March 26, 2027.
