4th Annual Trauma Survivors Fun Run: Celebrating Life Reclaimed

Trauma changes everything in an instant. A crash. A fall. A moment you never saw coming. At Denver Health, those moments are where our work begins, and where extraordinary stories of survival take shape.
Join us for the 4th Annual Trauma Survivors Fun Run — a powerful 5K walk/run and celebration of resilience, recovery, and the human spirit. On Saturday, June 6, survivors and their care teams will come together at Berkeley Lake Park, not just to remember what they’ve been through, but to celebrate how far they’ve come.
Why We Run
As the Mile High City’s only Level 1 trauma center, Denver Health stands on the front lines of life-saving care. We are proud to be the first hospital in the Rocky Mountain region to earn Emergency General Surgery verification from the American College of Surgeons. This national recognition means our team delivers the highest level of care for patients facing urgent, life-threatening conditions.
At Denver Health, we’re with you when it matters most. This day is about what comes after.
