Benjamin A. Steinberg, MD, MHS, FACC, FHRS
Dr. Steinberg is Director of Cardiac Electrophysiology at Denver Health Medical Center, Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, and a Clinician-Scientist at CPC Clinical Research. He earned his MD from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, completed residency on the Osler Service at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, and then fellowships in cardiology and electrophysiology at Duke University.
Dr. Steinberg’s clinical interests span all topics in electrophysiology, including implantable device procedures and management, sudden death risk assessment, catheter ablation, and arrhythmia-related stroke risk management. He also maintains an active NIH-funded research portfolio focused on machine learning and artificial intelligence approaches to improving diagnosis and treatment for patients with heart rhythm disorders.
