When Will Patients Receive the Vaccine?

With the arrival of the first COVID-19 vaccines in Colorado this week, we know many in the community have questions about when you can get the COVID-19 vaccine. Denver Health providers and leaders are joining with the nation and state’s leading health organizations to encourage you to get a COVID-19 vaccine when it is available, to protect yourself and the community against the further spread of the virus.

Denver Health is excited to welcome Faraz Khan as our new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Khan joined Denver Health earlier this fall and is looking to bring her nearly 30 years of experience working in health care finance to our hospital system.

For the first time in 15 years, Denver Health has a new in-house team of Interventional Radiologists. Interventional Radiology is a medical subspecialty that uses image-guided, minimally invasive procedures to treat and cure a wide variety of diseases, such as cancer, vascular disease and genitourinary problems.

Starting today, patients, visitors and staff who walk into the main lobby of Pavilion A at Denver Health will be greeted by a stunning new mural honoring and recognizing the outstanding and brave work of our heroes on the frontlines during the COVID-19 pandemic.
