Denver Health Dermatology focuses on prevention, diagnosis and treatment of non-cosmetic skin diseases in patients age 18 and older. If you are concerned about the health of your skin, speak to your primary care doctor about a referral to our clinic.

Submitting a Referral to Denver Health Dermatology
To get a referral to our clinic, ask your primary care doctor's office to complete and send the Referral Form on your behalf. The form can be faxed to 720-956-2320 or through EpicCare Link, our electronic health record portal.
