Denver Health Dermatology focuses on prevention, diagnosis and treatment of non-cosmetic skin diseases in patients age 18 and older. If you are concerned about the health of your skin, speak to your primary care doctor about a referral to our clinic.

Denver Health has four critical care units to serve our patients. Each unit has state-of-the-art equipment and a professional medical staff that is experienced in providing intensive care services.
 

Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU)

The adult MICU at Denver Health is a 24-bed unit staffed by a team of critical care doctors, nurses, therapists, and other interdisciplinary specialists. The team provides expert, compassionate care with respect to our patients’ unique and changing needs.

Correctional Care Medical Facility at Denver Health

The Correctional Care Medical Facility at Denver Health offers high quality, cost-effective inpatient and outpatient care to patients from all contracted correctional jurisdictions. Interdisciplinary collaboration and leading edge managed care are the hallmarks of this cost-effective system. Denver Health provides care for correctional care patients through a guarded and locked unit within the hospital. Services include:

A Healthy Work Force Is Our Business

The Center for Occupational Safety & Health (COSH) is equipped to handle work-related injuries and illness, employment related evaluations and drug testing. 

Denver Health treats a broad range of disorders of the heart and circulatory system and offers a comprehensive array of cutting-edge diagnostics as well as therapeutic tests and procedures. Our Heart and Vascular team addresses a variety of issues, from opening a blocked heart artery in a "life and death" emergency after a heart attack to restoring normal rhythm to an abnormally beating heart. Our experts are available 24 hours a day to provide immediate care.

Spiritual Care Providers are always available to assist patient and families with all emotional and spiritual care needs in the midst of illness, trauma, distress, and significant life changes that may occur while in the hospital.

The services chaplains provide are interfaith and always respectful of a person’s beliefs and values whether they are people of faith or no faith. Chaplains can also arrange to have a community faith representative of the patient’s choice come and visit in the hospital.
