Physical, Occupational and Behavior Health Services in Fraser, CO

At Denver Health Alpine Clinic, we provide comprehensive physical therapy and occupational therapy for people who have injuries, are recovering from surgery, or who have other strengthening, mobility or dexterity needs. We also offer behavioral health services from our licensed clinical social worker. We help people get moving again!
We are conveniently located on U.S. Highway 40 in Fraser. Free parking is available on site.
Physical and Occupational Therapy
Our team is proud to include Grand County’s most experienced and highly respected physical and occupational therapists. We have Grand County’s ONLY Pelvic Floor Specialist, Certified Hand Specialist and Neuromuscular Certified Physical Therapist.
Our highly experienced physical and occupational therapists provide hands-on, individual care. We use the most updated methods and practices to help people recover full health and function!
Behavioral Health Services
Behavioral health services are available through Denver Health’s licensed clinical social worker to adults experiencing anything from minor mental health issues to ongoing and more severe issues.
In-person appointments are available on Monday afternoons, and telehealth appointments are available Tuesdays - Fridays. Patients can expect an initial intake appointment to be 90 minutes and follow up and ongoing appointments to be 45 minutes. Most major insurance types are accepted.
